• Monday to Friday:
  8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m.
• Saturday:
  8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Sunday:
  1 to 5 p.m.
  
  

Note: There will be no classes offered during the Thanksgiving weekend (October 11th - 13th) or on Remembrance Day on November 11th.

The Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre offers a full range of fine arts and crafts programs for all ages and provides workshop/studio and exhibition facilities. It is also home to the Art Gallery of Regina.

Programs:

• You can browse and register for programs being offered at the Neil Balkwill this season using e-registration.   You can also view and download pages from this season's Leisure Guide.
  
• The Open Studio Program allows you to rent time in the studio(s) for an hourly fee if you are familiar with how to use our studio equipment. Call the Centre for specific information on fees and availability.
  
• The Centre has space to rent for meetings, workshops, exhibitors and more.  For information about rates and availablity, call the Centre at 306-777-7521.
  
• If you wish to take a pottery or clay class, the Pasqua Neighbourhood Recreation Centre at 263 Lewvan Drive offers these classes throughout the year for children, teens and adults.
