  graffiti on buildings, doors, windows, shutters, hatchways, roofs, eavestroughs, projections, attachments and vermin
  
  
• Interior
  access, cleanliness, moisture/dampness, electrical, egress, washrooms, foundation, floors, lights, kitchens, water supply, stairs/landing/handrails, plumbing facilities, structure, ventilation, walls, ceilings, doors, heating system and chimneys
