City of Regina welcomes Regina Farmers’ Market - Market at City Hall starting May 1

Beginning May 1, the Regina Farmers’ Market will move to the streets surrounding

City Hall for the upcoming outdoor season.

Vendors will set up in the parking lanes along the 1900 blocks of McIntyre and Smith streets and on the City Hall Plaza and sell to people walking on the sidewalk. Market hours are unchanged from last year: Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to

1:30 p.m.

The market is moving from its regular location on Scarth Street to accommodate upcoming construction of a plaza space on 12th Avenue north of Victoria Park and will assume its new home there next year when the plaza is complete. The temporary location at City Hall has allowed the market to expand and include 24 new vendors from their wait list.

Traffic along the 1900 blocks of Smith and McIntyre will be restricted to a single driving and drop off lane during market hours.

The City of Regina’s annual tax kiosk will remain in its regular location on Smith Street.
