Apply for housing tax incentive programs

Housing is a fundamental building block of great neighbourhoods. Adequate, affordable housing that meets a diverse range of needs is essential to a healthy economy and bright future for Regina.

The City offers a residential tax exemption program for newly-constructed housing in certain areas. You must submit an application in order to qualify. Applications for exemptions starting in 2010 must be completed by December 31, 2009.

Note, changes have been made to the program.  New residential development with a building permit issued before December 31 may qualify under the old or new program. Please check both maps to confirm.
