Neighbourhood Clean up Initiatives
Bylaw Enforcement, in conjunction with Public Works, participates in an annual Neighbourhood Spring or Fall Clean-up initiative in different inner-city neighbourhoods.
Residents are encouraged to undertake a general clean-up of properties and large trucks and roll-out containers are provided by Public Works at central collection points. Staff participation is a goodwill gesture and builds strong relationships necessary to the success of community program.
