Apply For Housing Tax Incentive Programs

Housing is a fundamental building block of great neighbourhoods. Adequate, affordable housing that meets a diverse range of needs is essential to a healthy economy and bright future for Regina. The City offers a residential tax exemption program for newly-constructed housing in certain areas. You must submit an application in order to qualify. Applications for exemptions starting in 2012 must be completed by October 31, 2011.
