Regina Housing Incentives Program - Warehouse District
The Regina Housing Incentives Program - Warehouse District (RHIP) provides a tax exemption of up to $7500 over 5 years for new residential construction and the conversion of surplus commercial space in Regina's Old Warehouse District to residential units.
Individual unit owners may apply. Alternatively, developers may apply for an exemption on several units at once or for a whole phase of construction.
