Read Parking Regulations
Traffic Bylaw No. 9900 sets out the types of parking restrictions enforced by the City of Regina as well as the applicable fines for each violation. The University of Regina and Wascana Centre Authority also have bylaws that contain parking restrictions. The City of Regina prosecutes parking violations under all 3 of these bylaws.
The vehicle’s owner is responsible for any parking offences related to that vehicle; that’s why the vehicle owner receives the parking ticket and is charged with the offence.
