Notice of Pending Summons
If you don’t pay your parking ticket within 14 days of it being issued, the City will mail a notice of pending summons to you. If you receive a notice of pending summons and you believe it has been issued in error you may contact Parking Services to investigate further. The notice of pending summons serves as a reminder to pay your outstanding parking ticket before legal action is taken. If you do not pay your ticket after receiving the notice of pending summons, then the City will mail you a parking summons, which will charge you with the parking offence, and require that you attend court on a date set out in the parking summons.
