The City's Real Estate staff are responsible for:
- providing central real estate information services for City-owned properties to all citizens
- selling City-owned industrial and commercial properties
- leasing City-owned land and buildings
- selling tax enforcement properties
- obtaining or providing easement rights, operating agreements and encroachments
