Poor Drainage on Easements, Streets & Walkways

Frost and melting snow can create ponds of water along easements, streets and walkways.

City crews will inspect all reports of poor drainage and make repairs only if the poor drainage will cause significant property since repairs can often make a situation worse. For example, fixing a depressing on a front street to correct drainage often moves the problem further down the block.

To report an area with poor drainage for inspection, submit use the City's online Contact Us form or call the City of Regina at 306-777-7000 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Ensure you identify the location of the poor drainage, either by street address, street block, or by nearest intersection.
