Future Pedestrian Projects

In the City of Regina’s approved capital budget, there is a description of the various pedestrian projects planned for the upcoming year. These projects may include the improvement, installation or establishment of:

• pedestrian corridors
• pedestrian signals
• crosswalk signs
• no parking signs
• installation of fence adjacent to high-speed roadways
• public education campaigns
• audible traffic signals for the visually impaired
