In addition to the youth programs offered in the City of Regina's Leisure Guide, the City maintains and extensive youth sport, culture and recreation database that contains programs from dance and art classes to sport activities and much more.

Regina Youth Advisory Council
Members of the Regina Youth Advisory Council are between 14 to 18 years of age and represent their local high school. The group advises and provides input to City Council on:
- youth related and other civic issues
- advocacy for this peers in finding solutions to community issues faced by youth
- the promotion of youth engagement in civic issues

Youth Week
The City of Regina works with other youth serving agencies to celebrate International Youth Week during the first week of May. International Youth Week engages youth of the city in community events and activities, acknowledges accomplishments of youth, and celebrates their successes. Building a strong foundation to support and nurture our youth will contribute to a legacy of youth involvement in the years ahead.
Kids Krew
This program, delivered by the City of Regina and the Argyle and North East Community Associations, provides youth ages 10-14 an opportunity to experience various art, craft, and recreational activities in the Glencairn, Argyle, and North East areas of the city. In addition youth will experience various special events such as rock climbing, bowling, and life skills/leadership training.
