Prepare your tender
If you are interested in responding to a tender, please call 306-777-7333 or visit Purchasing on the 5th Floor of City Hall (2476 Victoria Avenue) to obtain a hard copy of the tender documents.
You must get a hard copy of the tender documents since advertised and online tender postings may not list all necessary information.
When preparing your tender:
- Read the tender documents thoroughly
- Follow the detailed instructions listed in the documents
- Include all requested pricing information in your tender
- Ensure your tender is received by the City of Regina before the deadline
The City of Regina awards tenders based on price, quality, availability, service, reputation, and environmental sensitivity.
Pre-tender meetings
For some tender projects, the City may hold a pre-tender meeting.
This meeting allows you the chance to ask questions and get information about the tender from City officials.
Tender deadlines
Your tender must be submitted and received by the City by the deadline date and time clearly identified on that tender’s posting.
The City will NOT accept any late submissions!
Tender openings
You can attend the tender opening, which is held at 2 p.m. CST on the tender’s deadline date.
Awarded tenders
Awards are not made at the tender opening; the City will notify companies who are awarded tenders by mail, fax, e-mail and/or phone.
