Become a registered supplier

The City of Regina refers to its list of registered suppliers when sourcing out goods and services (e.g., office supplies). However, your company does NOT need to be a registered supplier to bid on open tenders.

If you want to become a registered supplier to the City of Regina, complete either step below:

• Send a letter containing your company information on your company’s letterhead to Purchasing OR
• Submit a completed Vendor Registration Form to Purchasing.

Once the City receives the required information, it will add your company to its vendor database.

Updating information

It’s your responsibility to notify Purchasing if there is any change in your company’s information.
