The Planning and Development Division is responsible for the growth and development of Regina. The Division addresses land-use issues relating to the needs of transportation and infrastructure, urban development, zoning, housing, and heritage.
The Division processes and approves applications for subdivision, discretionary use, zoning bylaw amendments, as well as coordinate land use to ensure long-term planning objectives are considered.
