The review process

The City gathers comments from 'interested parties' including nearby residents or property owners, which it addresses in a report to the Regina Planning Commission.

Generally the role of the Regina Planning Commission is to recommend that City Council approve, usually subject to conditions, or deny the proposal. City Council then considers the recommendation of Regina Planning Commission and approves or denies the proposal.

Any person is free to address the Regina Planning Commission or City Council. If you wish to be kept informed about the date and time of these meetings, use the City's online Contact Us form to provide your contact information. (Be sure to include the name of this project in this form.)
