Project Description
The applicant proposes to develop a planned group of 28 townhouse dwelling units on the subject property.
The proposed development includes 18 two-storey units, contained in three building (six units each) and 10 single-storey units, contained in two buildings (four and six units).
All units include a two-vehicle attached garage, and there are seven outdoor stalls that will be reserved for visitor parking.

The City gathers comments from 'interested parties' including nearby residents or property owners, which it addresses in a report to the Regina Planning Commission.
