Regina Downtown Plan
The City of Regina is reviewing its Official Community Plan policy relating to the development of commercial office buildings (type, location, size, etc). As part of this review, the City has completed two studies, and have engaged interested stakeholders (March 1, 2012 stakeholder meeting).
During the spring of 2012, the City will draft new policy for guiding commercial office development, and will allow for further stakeholder involvement.
