Municipal Boundary Alteration
To prepare for long-term industrial growth, the City of Regina is making a proposal to alter the municipal boundaries between the City of Regina and the R.M. of Sherwood later this year.
Two open houses were held in late June to discuss the locations under consideration:
Industrial Lands
These areas are identified for future industrial growth. One area is located west of the airport. The second area is located east of Ross Industrial Park.Additional Lands Under Consideration
These areas are being considered for inclusion in the city limits for future urban growth. One area is located north of Westhill Park and 9th Avenue North. The second is located south of the Highway 11 and Pasqua Street interchange.
