Home-Based Business Zoning Approvals

As part of application process for your home-based business, you will need to obtain zoning approval. Zoning approval ensures your home-based business meets certain standards that help maintain the integrity and character of your residential area, as described in the Home-Based Business Brochure .

To apply

Read and complete the Business Licence Application Form  and present it to the Licensing and Municipal Fines located on the main floor of City Hall (2476 Victoria Avenue). This form begins both the zoning and business license approval process.

Depending on what business you wish to run, you may require additional approvals from the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region .

If you are successful

Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified by Licensing and Municipal Fines when your permit has been approved.
