Pursuant to Section 13 of The Cities Act and Bylaw No. 2003-8, being The Public Notice Policy Bylaw of the City of Regina, notice is hereby given that at its meeting on Monday, the 23rd day of August 2010, City Council will consider Bylaw No. 2010-42 to authorize the closure and sale of the following streets in the City of Regina, in the Province of Saskatchewan, namely:

The traffic signals at Dewdney Avenue and Fleet Street are currently under urgent repair due to a broken electrical cable. Motorists may experience delays at this intersection drive home this afternoon.
