  • Public Notice of Intention to Amend a Borrowing Bylaw
    The City of Regina hereby gives notice, pursuant to sections 101 and 102 of The Cities Act and the Public Notice Policy Bylaw, Bylaw No. 2003-8 of its intention to amend Bylaw 2009-35, The Global Transportation Hub Debenture Bylaw, 2009. The purpose of the proposed amendments to the Bylaw is to reallocate some of the borrowed funds to other Utility Capital programs.
