Capture your Regina!
The Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre Photography Contest is now closed to submissions. Five finalists from the Beginner and Advanced categories have been selected and will be posted to Facebook on Feb. 7. To vote on your favorite picture, visit the City of Regina Facebook page.
Voting will take place from Feb. 8 to 21 at midnight, and the winning image from each category will be announced on Feb. 23.
