Public Open House Discretionary Use Application for Daycare Centre
The City of Regina is currently reviewing a Discretionary Use Application for a proposed Daycare Centre at 74 Duncan Crescent in Dieppe Place subdivision. The applicant proposes to repurpose the existing two-storey building for a Daycare Centre with a floor area of 412 square metres in size for up to 90 children, which is subject to discretionary use approval.
The applicant proposes to provide a maximum of nine infant spaces, 25 toddler spaces and 56 preschool spaces. The applicant has proposed eight parking stalls in the backyard of the subject property, with two existing drop-off spots in the front yard. The programing and facility requirements will need to meet any provincial licensing requirements through the Ministry of Education.
