Reassessment 2013 media technical briefing
A province-wide reassessment will occur in 2013. Reassessment will update the assessments to reflect the general property values as of January 1, 2011, from the current base date of June 2006.
Don Barr, the City of Regina’s Director of Assessment and Taxation, will explain what this means for residential and commercial property owners in Regina. Preview letters will be mailed out at the end of August and assessment notices will be mailed out to all residents in November.
