Tax Payment Options
TIPPS payments
- The City's Tax Instalment Payment Plan Service (TIPPS). TIPPS allows you to pay your taxes in 12 monthly instalments with no additional charges.
You can also pay your property taxes annually using any one of the following methods:
Lump sum payment
Make your lump sum payment before June 30 using one of the 3 following methods:
- At your financial institution (online or in person).

- Submit your payment using banking services like online banking, Interac, telephone banking, or visiting your institution's tellers in person. Note: If you do not have access to online banking, you will have to arrange access with your institution. If you already have an online bank account, add your tax bill in the PAYEE section as REGINA TAX. An online form will ask you to type in your 8 digit account number found in the upper left-hand corner of your bill and on your tax payment stub. If you have an automated bill payment set up from a previous year, please check the 8 digit account number shown on your invoice to ensure it is correct.

- Pay in person weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. at Customer Service, main floor. Cash, cheque, credit card cheques (provided by your card company), money order, or debit card (bank card) accepted. You cannot pay your taxes by credit card.
- Pay by cheque using the 24-Hour Deposit Box, located on the southeast corner of City Hall. Include your payment stub with your cheque.
- Pay by cheque using the "Drive-Through" kiosk located on the east side of City Hall on McIntyre Street. The kiosk opens 3 business days before the tax payment deadline. Include your payment stub with your cheque.
- By mail

- Mail your cheque to PO Box 5042, Regina, SK, S4P 3M3. The City must receive your cheque before June 30 to avoid penalties. Include your payment stub with your cheque.
