City of Regina cemeteries are governed by provincial and municipal regulations:

- Cemeteries Bylaw No. 2008-27 A copy of this bylaw is available online. For legislative certainty of this bylaw or to obtain a hard copy, contact the Office of the City Clerk.
Cemeteries Advisory Committee
The Cemeteries Advisory Committee, represented by the public, clergy and industry partners (funeral homes, monument companies), provides input to City Administration on matters involving cemetery operations, services, bylaws and policies.
