Proposed 2012 budgets
The proposed operating and capital budgets will be tabled at City Council on Nov. 21. They will go to Council for approval on Dec. 12. Your feedback is welcome. The proposed budgets recommend a 3.9 per cent increase in the mill rate.

Approved 2012 budgets
Approved 2011 budgets
City Council approved the capital and operating budgets on January 18, with a 4 per cent tax increase.
Approved 2010 Budgets
The 2010 budgets were approved on April 27th, 2010 with a 4% mill rate increase. The approved budget documents will be posted shortly.
Approved 2009 budgets
The 2009 budget was approved on April 20, 2009, and contains a 0% mill rate increase.
Approved 2008 budgets
The final municipal mill rate increase was 2.84% due to a $1.348 million increase in the Provincial Revenue Sharing Program. View the approved 2008 budget documents:
Approved 2007 budgets
The 2007 Operating Budget and 2007-2011 Capital Budget included a 3.91% municipal mill rate increase.
