Zoning Bylaw Information

The Regina Zoning Bylaw oversees and provides regulations for the identification of land use zones within Regina. The Bylaw also controls and regulates the construction, reconstruction, alteration and use of buildings, structures and land for residence, business, industrial and other specified uses. The Regina Zoning Bylaw  supports the goals of Design Regina: The Official Community Plan.
