Terry Hincks is sitting for his fourth term as the City Councillor for residents of Ward 9 in Regina.
Councillor Hincks grew up in Regina and is actively involved in sports and in his community, most recently as offensive line coach at Notre Dame College. He played junior football for the Regina Rams and tried out for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He coached minor and high school football for 20 years and was also a coach for minor hockey and baseball. Councillor Hincks is committed to Regina youth, especially those in Ward 9 and in the Inner City. He also spends much of his time fundraising for numerous charities such as Cystic Fibrosis and Easter Seals. In his professional life Terry has consistently won the prestigious Centurion Award.
