The City of Regina’s Land and Real Estate Management invites offers for the lease of the land site located on the south-east corner of Rose Street and 11th Avenue. It is the responsibility of the proponent to ensure that their proposed use complies with the City Zoning Bylaw and City regulations. The property is currently being used as a parking lot configured for 24 vehicles.

Lease Term: November 1, 2017 – October 31, 2022

Lease Conditions: The Lot is available for lease in “as is” condition. Leasehold improvements are the responsibility of the tenant; however, the current use and intensity may not be changed without authorization from the City. The tenant is responsible for lot signage and maintenance, including shrub and plantings upkeep. The tenant may be granted authority to enforce parking violations under the jurisdiction of the City. Tenant will enter into a formal Lease Agreement prepared by the City Solicitor’s Office.

Completed offers must be delivered to the City in form Offer to Lease Form 2A on or before 2:00 p.m. on September 1, 2017. All offers are subject to a reserve bid and to the reservations and conditions stated herein. Offers for Lease must indicate the rate the tenant is willing to pay. GST is applicable on the Lease rate, plus annual property taxes. The highest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted and the City expressly reserves the right to accept the offer (if any) which it, in its sole discretion, deems most advantageous to the City. Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked Land and Real Estate Management Re: 1801 Rose Street, to:
