COVER F 17The City offers hundreds of affordable great leisure programs to keep people of all ages and abilities active, engaged and learning throughout the year.

We publish the Leisure Guide online three times a year: May, August and December. The printed Leisure Guide has been discontinued.

Fall 2017 Leisure Guide

  • The Fall 2017 Leisure Guide will be only available online starting Wednesday, July 26.
  • Fall program registration will begin at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, August 8 for Regina residents.
  • Non-resident registration begins Thursday, August 10 at 7 a.m.

Summer 2017 program registration is ongoing.

 We’ll send you email notifications:

  • when the latest issue of the Leisure Guide is available online for viewing and planning
  • the day before Registration Day so you don’t miss your chance to sign up for leisure programs

Be sure you sign up and CONFIRM. Look in your junk or spam folder. Our confirmation email may be hiding there.

Limited printed copies for your use at the facility will be provided after the Leisure Guide is made available online:

  • North West Leisure Centre
  • Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre
  • Sportplex
  • Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre

Visit a Regina Public Library Branch

Branch locations
  • Use computers at branches to access the Leisure Guide online after it has been made available
  • Go to the Front Desk and request a colour copy to view at the library or to use to make photocopies of pages that interest you after the Leisure Guide has been made available online. It will cost a nominal fee to make photocopies.

Registering for Courses

You can register for City of Regina programs by:

  • going online to use e-Registration
  • calling 306-777-PLAY(7529) or
  • visiting a City of Regina major recreational centre (Fieldhouse, Lawson Aquatic Centre, Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre, North West Leisure Centre, or Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre)
