Request the Mayor to attend your event or provide written greetings

You can invite Mayor Fougere to attend your organization’s event, or bring greetings to your next meeting. As the Mayor's schedule is busy and booked well in advance, please provide as much notice as possible, preferably 2 months in advance. Complete the online Mayor’s Invitation Request Form and submit. All requests are tracked, recorded and responded to accordingly.

Mayor Fougere can also provide written greetings for your organization such as messages of welcome or letters of support. For written greetings from the Mayor, please allow 10 – 14 days advance notice.

Complete the online Mayor’s Written Message Request Form and submit. All requests are tracked, recorded and responded to accordingly.

Congratulatory birthday or anniversary messages are coordinated through the Lieutenant Governor’s Office. Please refer to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for specific information regarding which birthdays and anniversaries qualify and what verification is required.

Please note that 3 months notice is required for congratulatory birthday or anniversary greetings. While we are pleased to accept requests with less than 3 months notice, we cannot guarantee messages will be provided by the celebration date.
