Regina Inner City Community Partnership
In 2002, Jeremy Parnes, a well-known community volunteer in Regina, was hired as a consultant to assist in bringing together various community groups, NGOs and firms in the inner city to address the problems faced by the community and build a vision for the future of the area.
In May 2003, after extensive consultation with the community, Jeremy released the Regina North Central Community Vision and Action Plan Report (later renamed the Regina Inner City Community Vision and Action Plan).
