Community Capital Partnership Program
The Community Capital Partnership Program, formerly called the Self-Help Program, assists community based non-profit organizations to initiate capital projects that will improve the organizations stability and increase service delivery capacity in the areas of arts, culture, recreation and sports for Regina residents.
