Affordable Fun Program
The Affordable Fun Program allows Regina residents who have financial barriers the opportunity to participate in a variety of City of Regina arts, culture, recreation and leisure programs.
With the Affordable Fun Program, you can:
Purchase a leisure pass for City of Regina facilities at 50% off the original price. Leisure passes can be used at the following locations:
- Fieldhouse
- Lawson Aquatic Centre
- North West Leisure Centre
- Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre
- Outdoor Pools
- City Arenas
Purchase registered programs at 80% off to a maximum of $160 per family member per year.

The City of Regina offers a range of registered programs for all ages. This includes arts and crafts, swimming, fitness and sport development programs offered through the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre, Sportplex (Fieldhouse and Lawson Aquatic Centre), and North West and Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centres.

If your household income is less than the amounts listed below, you are eligible for the Affordable Fun Program.

Application form
To apply to the Affordable Fun Program, please complete the 2012 Affordable Fun Program application form.
Completed Affordable Fun Program applications can be delivered in person between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm 7 days a week (except holidays) to one of the following:
