Cancellations
Trip cancellations are very important. If you cancel early enough, someone else may get a trip.
Customers who do not cancel their trips in advance or do not show up for their trips are recorded in the system. These individuals will be reminded to call the cancellation line. Consistently failing to use the cancellation line may result in suspension of the service.
* Trips can be cancelled 24 hours a day, every day. You may call 777-7540 and leave a message on the voice mail.
