Reloading your card R-card
Please remember to reload your R-Card with a new monthly pass, rides or cash prior to the end of the month. It can take up to two business days to reload an R-Card if you call 777-7007 or give payment to an operator. R-Cards can also be loaded by visiting any Transit Agent (e.g. Safeway or U of R). For a list of agents call 777-7007 or visit the City of Regina website at Regina.ca.
Your R-Card must have a valid pass or rides on it before you can travel on paratransit. Passengers who have forgotten to load a pass, rides or cash on their R-Card will be required to pay a cash fare with exact change (e.g. $2.50 for an adult fare).
