Service Changes
Effective September 1, 2011: Sunday Service: Sunday Service will begin at 8:30a.m. instead of 9:00a.m.
Advance Trip Bookings: Advance trip requests, made by calling 777-7007, will be accepted: Monday-Sunday 9:00a.m.- 8:00p.m.
No advance booking requests on holidays. Advance booking requests by voicemail, fax and email may be submitted anytime.
Same Day Trip Bookings: Same day trip requests, made by calling 777-7007, will be accepted: Monday-Friday 7:30a.m.-11:00p.m., Saturday 9:00a.m.-11:00p.m., and Sunday 9:00 a.m.-9:30p.m.R-Card Requests: Requests related to R-Cards will be received: Monday-Thursday 9:00a.m.-8:00p.m. Friday 9:00a.m.-6:00p.m. No R-Card requests accepted on weekends or holidays.
Days for Advance Bookings: Passengers will be able to book 7 days in advance instead of 14 days. This change is being made to address the high number of cancellations and no-shows.
