Trip Bookings

The 777-7007 paratransit telephone system has changed:
  • Press 1 - To make a same day booking or ask a question about a same day trip
  • Press 2 - To make an advance, subscription, group or charter booking, reload your R-Card or any other inquiries
  • Press 3 - To leave a voicemail message for a future trip
Are you tired of waiting on hold when you want to book an advance trip? Try one of these options:
  1. Email your trip booking requests to paratransit@regina.ca. A clerk will email you back with a response within 24 hours. This is a great option because you can submit requests for several trips and get written confirmation about your requests.
  2. Fax your trip booking requests to 949-7243. A clerk will fax a response within 24 hours. Leave a voicemail by calling 777-7007 and press 3.  A clerk will call you with a response within 24 hours.
When you book a trip, please make sure that you provide the following information:
  1. Your first and last name, telephone number, and the date you need a trip.
  2. The exact address (include details such as apartment numbers or mall doors) and time you want to be picked-up.
  3. The address of your destination.
  4. The time you want to return.
  5. The equipment you will be using such as a walker, wheelchair or scooter.
  6. Information about an attendant and /or companions accompanying you to ensure there is enough room on the bus.
