RIDE Line Changes
Starting December 21, the RIDE Line (777-7433) will start using new telephone software. Instead of going directly to a customer service agent, customers will have the choice to receive automated information or speak to a customer service agent. This software is the same software Service Regina (777-7000) is now using.
