Proposed 2018 Route Changes
Regina is growing and we need bus service in newer areas to keep up with the growth. We’re considering route changes for 2018 and we want your feedback. We want to know if you like the proposed changes.
The proposed route changes will not result in extra costs for taxpayers. There would be no impact to the operating budget because current service would be reallocated to provide the additional bus services in the proposed changes. As well, funding for the proposed Arcola Express route #60 would come from the federal government’s Public Transit Infrastructure Fund.
After we gather your feedback, we’ll make a decision about the route changes and then forward it to councillors for approval. We hope to do that sometime early in the new year.
