You must inspect your trees regularly to assess its health and determine if it requires pruning.  As well, you should watering and fertilizing your tree regularly. To help retain moisture, you should also place mulch around its base.

Lawns require regular mowing, watering and fertilizing. To help water reach your grass roots, you should aerate your lawn and remove thatch. For depressed areas, you can apply top dressing to even out your lawn surface.
