Concept Plan Application

A concept plan is the proposed layout of an area which will eventually be subdivided. A concept plan must be in place before a related subdivision application can be approved.

You require a concept plan if your proposed development:

• exceed 15 hectares
• is part of a larger area under the same ownership exceeding 15 hectares
• is part of a neighbourhood identified in the Regina Development Plan  .
