Choose Your Payment Option

Every month, the Utility sends water bills to over 60,000 customers located both inside and outside Regina’s city limits.

The Utility offers several different ways to pay your water bill:

• in person
• by mail
• by direct debit from your chequing or savings account
• through your financial institution using its online banking feature to pay water bills online

A late penalty of 1.25% applies if you do not pay your water bill within 30 days of issue.

If you do not wish to have a payment envelope included with your water bill, use the City of Regina’s online Contact Us form and ask that your bill be sent without an envelope. (Include your account number on the form.)
