Pay in Person
You can pay your water bill at the Cashiers Services located on the main floor of City Hall (2476 Victoria Avenue). City Hall is open weekdays, 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Note: City Hall is closed on holidays.)
Credit cards can NOT be used as payment; Cashiers Services accepts only cash, cheque, credit card cheques, money orders, or Interac™ payments.
After hours, you can pay by cheque using the 24-Hour Deposit Box, located on the southeast corner of City Hall. If you use this option, please include your payment stub with your cheque.
