Enrol in the Affordable Fun program
Affordable Fun provides Regina residents who have financial barriers to participate in a variety of City of Regina arts, culture, recreation and leisure programs.
With the Affordable Fun Program, you can:
*Purchase a leisure pass for City of Regina facilities at 50% off the original price. Leisure passes can be used at the following locations:
- Fieldhouse
- Lawson Aquatic Centre
- North West Leisure Centre
- Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre
- Outdoor Pools
- City Arenas
Participate in City of Regina registered programs for 80% off the original price. (up to a maximum of $200/person in program registration fees).

The City of Regina offers a range of registered programs for all ages. This includes arts and crafts, swimming, fitness and sport development programs offered through the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre, Sportplex (Fieldhouse and Lawson Aquatic Centre), and North West and Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centres.
You are eligible for the Affordable Fun Program if your annual household income before taxes is below the following levels:
1 person 19,144 2 persons 23,832 3 persons 29,299 4 persons 35,573 5 persons 40,345 6 persons 45,504 7 or more persons 50,661
