Tax Payment Options

TIPPS payments

Lump sum payment

Make your lump sum payment by June 29 using one of the three following methods:

  • At your financial institution (online or in person).
    • Submit your payment using banking services like online banking, Interac, telephone banking, or visiting your institution's tellers in person. Note: If you do not have access to online banking, you will have to arrange access with your institution. If you already have an online bank account, add your tax bill in the PAYEE section as REGINA TAX. An online form will ask you to type in your eight digit account number found in the top middle section of your bill and on the right-hand side of your tax payment stub. If you have an automated bill payment set up from a previous year, please check the eight digit account number shown on your invoice to ensure it is correct.
  • At City Hall (2476 Victoria Ave.)
    • Pay in person weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. at the Service Regina desk, main floor. Cash, cheque, credit card cheques (provided by your card company), money order, or debit card (bank card) accepted. You cannot pay your taxes by credit card.
      • New extended hours for 2017: From June 26 to June 30, Service Regina on the main floor of City Hall will be open 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    • Pay by cheque using the 24-hour deposit box, located on the southeast corner of City Hall. Include your payment stub with your cheque. 
    • Pay by cheque using the "Drive-Through" kiosk located on the east side of City Hall on Smith Street. The kiosk opens three business days before the tax payment deadline. The kiosk will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Include your payment stub with your cheque.
  • By mail
    • Mail your cheque to PO Box 5042, Regina, Sask, S4P 3M3. The City must receive your cheque before June 30 to avoid penalties.  Include your payment stub with your cheque.
