Contract and Procurement Project Background

The Contract and Procurement Project is a corporate initiative for the City of Regina. Work started in 2016 and will continue into 2017. 

With many of the City’s contracting, purchasing and consultant management practices dating back many years, this project is a chance to take a comprehensive look at how we procure goods and services and manage vendors, resulting in the implementation of leading practice policies and processes that will meet the needs and expectations of a growing community.
